What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept most major credit and debit cards. We’re preparing to add options like ApplePay, GooglePay, and ShopPay in the near future. (We’re keeping our eye on crypto; for the moment, Dogecoin is out.)
How do I get my ticket?
It’s dead simple: We send you an e-mail with a unique code that gets you into the show. Want to transfer the ticket or sell it? No problem — let us know and we’ll send you a link that allows you to securely transfer tickets.
How do I cancel my ticket?
A link to cancel and refund your ticket can be found in the e-mails we send to confirm each purchase, along with a clear explanation of the event’s cancellation policy.
